Dantrolene Sodium 25 mg.

Diclofenac Potassium 25 mg.

Warnings

Use under medical supervision

May cause drowsiness or dizziness

Use cautiously in patients with gastric ulcers or gastrointestinal disorders

Use cautiously in patients with liver or kidney disease

Do not use if allergic to Diclofenac or other NSAIDs

Avoid driving or operating machinery if drowsiness occurs

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only after medical consultation

Store in a dry place away from heat and moisture
