Active Ingredients

Brimonidine Tartrate 0.2%:
An alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that lowers intraocular pressure by reducing aqueous humor production and increasing its outflow.

Timolol Maleate 0.5%:
A beta-blocker that reduces aqueous humor production to help lower intraocular pressure.

Product Description

Alphanova Plus Ophthalmic Solution combines Brimonidine and Timolol to reduce elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension when monotherapy is insufficient.

Indications

Open-angle glaucoma.
Ocular hypertension.
Reduction of elevated intraocular pressure.

Warnings

For ophthalmic use only.
Avoid touching the dropper tip.
Remove contact lenses before use and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
Temporary blurred vision may occur after instillation.
Use with caution in patients with asthma, heart disease or low blood pressure.

Storage

Store at room temperature away from heat and direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
