Indications

Treatment of Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Megaloblastic anemia due to Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Peripheral neuropathy.

Neuritis.

Support of red blood cell production.

Directions for Use

Administer by intramuscular injection using the pre-filled syringe exactly as prescribed by your physician.

Warnings

Use only under medical supervision.

Do not use in patients allergic to Cyanocobalamin or cobalt.
