Indications

Treatment of peripheral neuropathic pain

Management of diabetic neuropathy

Treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia

Warnings

Use only under physician supervision

Do not stop the medication abruptly without consulting your physician

Swallow the tablet whole without crushing, chewing, or breaking

May cause drowsiness or dizziness

Avoid driving or operating machinery while using the medication
