Indications

Type 1 diabetes mellitus.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Long-acting blood glucose control.

Directions for Use

Administer by subcutaneous injection using a compatible insulin pen exactly as prescribed by the physician.

Warnings

Use only under medical supervision.

Monitor blood glucose regularly.

May cause hypoglycemia.

Do not use during episodes of hypoglycemia.
