Product Description

Mixtard 30 HM is a biphasic human insulin formulation used to improve blood glucose control in patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus. It provides both rapid and prolonged insulin action.

Indications

Type 1 diabetes mellitus.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus requiring insulin therapy.

Blood glucose control.

Directions for Use

Administer by subcutaneous injection using a compatible Penfill device exactly as prescribed by the physician.

Warnings

Use only under medical supervision.

Monitor blood glucose regularly.

May cause hypoglycemia.

Do not use during episodes of hypoglycemia.

Keep out of reach of children.
